I as Managing Director, the investor has realized the potential growth in this market and the
need for a better offering to meet the end customer demand. Developing better product
offerings, improving customer service and strategic plan will create more demand for our
services. Also knowing the fact that cost of living is hitting hard, we are prepared to better
our price as well.

At Daa Group our focus is to build our product offering and ensure consistency. In line with our growth plans are the development of other product range that can extend to create hype in market. As a group, we will consider a development pipeline that will ensure brand development and growth over the next five years.

With a focus on growth, DAA Group will also focus on the development of further branded
products moving into next 5 years that will elevate the distribution product range and food
service business within New Zealand. Each will be aimed at a specific target market with a
simple product that can be procured or developed to expand its presence through the
utilization of an e-commerce platform, which looks to expand its reach to a larger
demographic.

The discussion for further research and consultation with the team to develop and launch
DAA Group branded products to offer to Retailers and hospitality businesses. The business
would also like to venture into a non-profit organization after 2 years and as part of the
ongoing services to set up the DAA Foundation to assist community and sponsor various
charity organizations. This will bring in significant goodwill from the local community.
